First download the Blog content from the portal.
Login to your site's WIX dashboard
Click on the Blog tab on the left.
Click Create New Post
Copy in the Blog post Title
Copy in the Blog post content
Add in the video embed code at the top of your blog post. Under the title and at the copy of the content.
Download the embed code (unless you want to personalise your video then personalise and grab your own embed code)
Click Add + on the left side of your Editor.Click Video and Music.
Click Single Video Player.
Click the Vimeo Video option and drag it to where you want it to show.
Click Change Video.
Paste the video URL in the field (grab just the vimeo url)
Add the canonical URL:
From the blog page Click the More Actions icon next to the relevant page.
Click SEO basics.
Click the Advanced SEO tab.
Click Additional Tags.
Click the More Actions icon next to canonical.
Select Edit.
Paste in the yourtechupdates url from the blog content
Click Apply.
Save your Blog and Publish.
Check your live blog and grab the url to use in your other weekly tasks.
If your site uses an excerpt or feature image then you can also add these. The exerpt text is in the blog word document file.
