If you use Hootsuite then you can take advantage of its Social media bulk upload module to schedule your Social Media.
Note: To access bulk upload for media such as PDF and video, you need to have the "teams plan" which us around £3000 / $3700 per year (if you are not already using or planning to use Hootsuite for wider projects - there are far more cost effective tools schedule social media!)
The bulk upload file each month contains a variety of Social Media items non branded. You can use them as they are, or update them with some branded media and personal content too.
Bulk Schedule Social Media Content using Hubspot - Step by Step
1) Download the Hootsuite bulk upload csv from the portal.
Within the zip there are two types of CSV to choose from.
To upload ALL our social media content:
Choose "All"
This CSV contains the text for the 16-18x social posts, 2x infographics, 2x PDF carousels, 4x tech update videos, 1x educational video, and 1x Guide
NOTE: Unlike other social tools (like Publer etc) Hootsuite is unable to support the bulk upload of "media" in the form of images or pdfs. (It is part of their dev plan so we hear). So you will need to cross match the provided unbranded media with the posts once its uploaded.
Or, if you want to add your branding:
Choose "Just posts"
This CSV only contains 16-18x social posts + you can add the images

(NB: if you open the csv to edit it you will need to use a plain text editor and re-save as .csv - excel will often create formatting issues - Google Sheets works well . Even better - edit from within Hootsuite once its uploaded)
2) Open and login to Hootsuite > Go to Plan and then select Content.
3) Upload your csv
Check you are posting to the correct Social Account.
We recommend your Personal LinkedIn (you can choose your business FB too if you have one)
4) Click Review Posts
You will see each post listed.
5) Check your posts and upload supporting Media

So you will need to cross reference and upload the relevant media to match your posts; these are supplied in the zip.
To make this easier we have labelled them in the order of the posts.
To add the media: Go to the post. Click on it & press edit.
Then upload the media from your computer.
Check it looks good and press schedule. Repeat for all posts.
This will schedule your posts for the coming month.
4) You can check they have published in the Social Planner calendar view.
Repeat each month.
