Google Business Profile (formerly known as Google My Business) is an important fundamental to get right. It helps you attract more organic traffic. It's free and a key part of your digital footprint.
If you haven't set up your profile yet - here are instructions on how to do that:

Once you are all set up. We recommend you get whoever is implementing your other marketing tasks to also upload a GBP update each week.
To allow them access you need to make them a manager;
Set up a Manager of your Google Business Profile
1) Go to Google Business Profile
google.com/business
2) Click on the 3 dots? Business Profile settings
3) Choose People and access
4) Add your implementer/VA/ assistants email address here
> Choose Manager and press invite.
Post an update
Follow the steps below to post an update each week:
1) Go to https://business.google.com/
2) Click on + Add update
3) Drag in your video if you want to attach it
4) Where it says 'Add description', paste in the Google Business Profile update text provided
5) Add a button. Use 'Learn more', and paste the URL of your latest blog article or a link to your website.
6) Preview to ensure everything looks good
7) Press Post
