MSP Marketing Edge content is provided in several editable formats for your convenience. PDF, Canva, InDesign, Plain text.

Personalising the PDFs using Adobe Acrobat is quick and simple.

How to use Adobe Acrobat to edit the PDF content

  • Download the PDF from the portal

  • Open in Adobe Acrobat and click on Edit PDF to enter edit mode.

  • Within the document you will find yellow highlighted areas for quick personalisation.
You can also edit any other text or images as you see fit to suit your brand.

  • To update the yellow areas, simply select the text inside the yellow box and re-type your content.

  • You'll notice that the yellow highlight is still visible.
That is a layer behind the text box. To delete that yellow box simply move the text box aside, select it and press delete, then drag the text box back inline.

  • Go through the document and repeat this process for any other sections with a yellow highlight.

  • Save changes

Add your logo

  • Locate the placeholder logo section

  • Click Add Image, find and resize your logo, then delete the placeholder logo and yellow box, adjust size and position your logo as needed.

  • In some documents you may want to also add additional text such as your company name and web address, if that isn't already a highlighted area, to do that simply click Add Text to type your company name and website then ensure the font and size matches the document.

Pro Tip: Why not add a hyperlink to your website address within the PDF
