As part of your membership you have access to a growing series of multi-touch marketing campaigns. They're all designed to engage your leads, and make it easier for the person handling your outbound calls to get through to the decision maker.
You’re much more likely to have a productive conversation by targeting your leads with a marketing campaign first, than just cold calling them.
A new campaign is added to the portal on the 10th of every month.
How to use the campaigns:
Choose a campaign that suits the services you sell or benefits you deliver.
(Even though we add a new campaign every month, you don't need to change campaigns regularly. Pick one you really love and stick with that for a year. Use new campaigns when you are targeting the same leads for the second or third year)
Identify some target leads in your CRM. 50 people a week is a good number to start with.
Put the guide and video on your website and share it on your LinkedIn personal profile.
Mail the postcard to the target leads.
Schedule the follow-up email to arrive the day after the postcard is due to land
Make the follow-up phone call.
Make sure this is scheduled within a few days of the email. Remember, very few people are likely to respond to the direct mail or email alone... you need to call them.
An outline call script is provided as part of the campaign.
Your caller should be aiming to:
1. Book a 15 minute video call with you, OR
2. Identify when the prospect is likely to review their MSP (and document for a future call), OR
3. Build the relationship between you and them, to be leveraged in the future
Please don't skip this final step! This is where the magic happens. All the marketing materials make the phone call easier (it becomes a warm call rather than a cold call).But it's only the phone call that will identify if you've got the right message in front of the right person at the right time... and get that 15 min video call booked.
