As part of our done for you service, we request your 2FA setup key along with your logins. This lets us generate 2FA codes locally using our password manager Dashlane's authentication app, so we won’t need to ask you each time.
The setup key is the one you used when first enabling 2FA in your authentication app. If you no longer have it, you may need to disable and re-enable 2FA to get a new key.
Please share it securely via the form provided during setup. And be sure to update your own app to avoid being locked out.
How to regenerate the 16 digit 2FA set up key in LinkedIn
Go to sign in & security, choose 2FA.
If 2FA is already on, go to > Change verification method
Make sure it's set up to send the code to Authenticator App, not SMS.
Then share this 16 digit key shown below the QR code with us via the secure link. Don't forget to update your own app with this new key.

If you don't have a record of the setup key.
To regenerate it you will need to disable 2FA under Settings > Access and Login > Two-Factor Authentication >Disable
Then switch it back on by pressing Enable Two-Factor Authentication then share with us the 16 digit key shown below the QR code.
Don't forget to update your own authenticator app so that you don't get locked out.
